ABA Associates, LLC has proudly served the Wiregrass Area for 15 years. Founded and led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, our organization is grounded in clinical integrity, ethical practice, measurable outcomes, and a robust supervision program that ensures consistent quality across all levels of service delivery. Both our President and Vice President are owners and Board Certified Behavior Analysts who take this field personally and remain actively involved in maintaining the clinical standards and professional culture that define our organization.

Our team includes more than twenty Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCBA and BCaBA) who bring extensive expertise across a broad range of behavioral domains. We specialize in the assessment and treatment of complex behavioral challenges, including self-injury, aggression, communication deficits, social skills delays, and language acquisition. In addition to behavior reduction, we prioritize functional communication, adaptive living skills, and the development of competencies that support long-term independence for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Our senior leadership team is comprised of experienced BCBAs who are deeply rooted in the communities we serve. We have long partnered with Troy University’s Applied Behavior Analysis Practicum Program, contributing to the training of future practitioners and helping shape the next generation of behavior analysts.

As our organization has expanded to 13 clinics across the region, with Montgomery opening in April 2026, our growth has been intentional and measured. We have scaled carefully to preserve clinical excellence, supervision quality, and continuity of care. Most all of our Behavior Analysts are "homegrown" professionals who were developed within our organization through structured mentorship and close supervision before advancing into leadership roles.

Our clinical leadership model reflects a clear and accountable chain of command. Four Regional Directors, all Board Certified Behavior Analysts, oversee Clinical Directors at each location. Clinical Directors supervise Student Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians within their clinics, ensuring consistent treatment planning, ethical practice, and high supervision standards across all 13 locations.
Each member of our leadership team has been carefully selected and developed to align with our clinical philosophy and unwavering commitment to the families we serve.
